According to the actual situation of the technical renovation project of 3000d/t new dry process cement skilled production line, Yunnan Jianfeng cooperated with Nanjing University of Technology to carry out thermal calibration of the pre-decomposition kiln system according to the Implementation Plan for Thermal Calibration of Pre-decomposition Kiln System. The safety technical disclosure of the thermal calibration project was presided over by Tan Guojian, deputy general manager of Yunnan Peak in charge of equipment. Liu Fengbin, deputy director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, explained and explained the safety operation procedures of electrical equipment, preheater, kiln system, grate cooler, gas composition analysis, laboratory analysis group, material sampling system, measurement group personnel and other posts on the spot, and signed the post hazard notice and safety technical notice for confirmation. The relevant responsible persons of the clinker system, equipment, electrical and quality management departments also made safety technical disclosure to the construction personnel on site.

It is understood that during the rainy season overhaul, Yunnan Jianfeng Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized several batches of safety production training. Based on the safety management system, operating procedures, laws and regulations, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department went deep into each workshop to conduct a comprehensive investigation and sorting of the production process, the identification and risk evaluation of various hazard sources, and the risk factors on the job site, and according to the overhaul The work content fully listened to the opinions and suggestions of full-time and part-time safety officers of various outsourcing teams such as electrical and equipment.

In this series of training, Yunnan Peak emphasized the safety management during equipment maintenance, requiring all posts to do a good job in safety confirmation before equipment shutdown and maintenance and safety inspection and confirmation before startup and commissioning.
