In order to improve the operating skills of employees, 7# November 25 , the cable company organized its employees to compete in wiring skills. The content of this competition includes the wiring operation of three single wires with diameter 0.4mm and 0.5mm , and the hot shrink sleeve operation of one pair of stranded wires. 8 employees from different positions took part in the competition, and 2 employees took part in the competition in groups at the same time. The judges are composed of personnel from the production department and the technical department. The top three are finally selected according to the staff's wiring speed, appearance quality and tensile strength test performance after wiring, as well as the on-site civilized hygiene and report records before and after the competition.
