November July, Ni Wenming, who graduated from Senior high school, put on his military uniform and became a new recruit in a certain unit of the infrastructure engineering corps. The special train for transporting soldiers was a stuffy tanker with no seats. A few reed mats were casually spread on the floor of the carriage. In winter, a group of new recruits crowded on the floor in twies and threes. It took four days and five nights to get to the place. When I passed Baoji, I was just in time for dinner. Many of the airports and factories in Hanzhong and surrounding areas were built by Ni Wenming's regiment. The farthest project is even in Gansu. After training, the recruits joined the company.
