November July, Ni Wenming, who graduated from Senior high school, put on his military uniform and became a new recruit in a certain unit of the infrastructure engineering corps. The special train for transporting soldiers was a stuffy tanker with no seats. A few reed mats were casually spread on the floor of the carriage. In winter, a group of new recruits crowded on the floor in twies and threes. It took four days and five nights to get to the place. When I passed Baoji, I was just in time for dinner. The military station had already prepared a big basket of steamed buns and big pot dishes. However, the solid steamed buns with dead noodles were really not to the appetite of the southern recruits. Many people took a bite and threw them away. The military station chief was so distressed that his eyes were full of tears. Now talking about this, an old Ni Wenming is quite embarrassed: "At that time, I was too young to understand."

Although the training of recruits is no different from other arms, as the name implies, the "fighting mode" of infrastructure engineers is to engage in infrastructure construction. The whole army is like a large construction company, with several construction teams under its jurisdiction, and the types of work are also very complete. Needless to say, the bricklayers needed for civil construction are even carpenters who make doors and windows. The army is mainly responsible for government projects. Many of the airports and factories in Hanzhong and surrounding areas were built by Ni Wenming's regiment. The farthest project is even in Gansu. After training, the recruits joined the company. Ni Wenming first participated in several small projects in a machinery factory on the outskirts of the city, and then moved to the south of Hanzhong to build a regiment barracks. After only half a year as a soldier, he was transferred to the regimental headquarters as an administrator. Although he was not a cadre, he was responsible for a large stall from logistics chores to grocery shopping in the canteen and became a small "housekeeper".

Ni Wenming's regiment will go to Shenzhen immediately after the reorganization to participate in the construction of the new special zone. After discussing with Xiao Wu Jianxin, who joined the army together, Ni Wenming chose to demobilize and return to his hometown. When they returned to Jinhua, it was also 11 February. They were full soldiers for two years.

The first real problem you face when you get home is work. Ni Wenming and Wu Jianxin were both assigned to the Chemical Construction Company and to Jinhua Cement Plant by the Chemical Construction Company. At that time, the cement factory was the hardest enterprise under the chemical construction company. sixteen people were assigned, only eleven of whom reported to the factory. On the day of reporting for duty, the words of the personnel section chief made Ni Wenming feel particularly at ease in his heart: "The quality of the people who come back from the army is certainly not wrong, and the factory has always attached great importance to it. If you have any special skills, you will be assigned to the most suitable position." The chief's words were honored on the spot: Hu Jiankang and Xiong Weiqun got their driver's licenses in the army and got the transfer order to the motorcade on the spot. A health soldier was immediately sent to the factory infirmary. The best place for cooks is, of course, the canteen. In the end, only Ni Wenming and Wu Jianxin were assigned to the workshop, but only half a month later, they were transferred to the motorcade, starting with car repair and later being sent to Jinhua car maintenance factory for further study. Ni Wenming said, "The motorcade was almost the best position in the factory at that time. It was far away from the production area, the environment was clean, and I was able to learn technology. I didn't care. The only reason why I could be arranged like this in the factory was that I used to be a soldier."

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment.
