Little boys always like to dance with guns and sticks, and they all like to be officers and soldiers to catch robbers when playing games, so being a soldier has always been my dream when I was young.
16 years ago, I put on my military uniform, set foot on the train bound for the northeast, and started two years of passionate military life. Kaiyuan, a small town in northern Liaoning, became my second hometown. Kaiyuan was so small that most people didn't know it at the time, but now because Zhao Benshan's TV series "Liu Laogen", "Ma Dashuai" and "Country Love" are all filmed here, they have long been famous. Before I went to the northeast, I looked at the weather forecast specially. the days of 12 are minus ten degrees and twenty degrees. even some friends exaggerated that they had to take a stick to pee outside in winter in the northeast. as soon as they peed out, they would freeze and have to knock while peeing. My family was worried and broke down. They bought a lot of underwear and sweaters and were afraid I was frozen. Out of Shanhaiguan, the terrain is getting flatter and flatter, with nothing but snow. When I really set foot on this black land in the northeast, I felt that the legendary cold weather was not so good either! The south is wet and cold, the north is dry and cold, besides, there is heating in the room, wearing a short-sleeved shirt is all right, all worries have gone up in smoke.

Southern soldiers have been looking forward to snow, Fujian brothers have not seen snow for many years. It really snowed, and the recruits were very happy because they didn't need training; the veterans all scolded their mothers, because if they didn't clean up immediately, the temperature of minus tens of degrees, the snow on the playground, training ground, and road would become an ice rink. It's dangerous. Snow has been under, you have to keep sweeping, but also carrying, shoveling snow... After one or two experiences, no one is looking forward to snow.
The first difficulty in diet is to eat steamed bread. The north mostly eats pasta, three meals a day and two steamed buns, and there is no soup. The southern soldiers are not used to it and cannot swallow it. It's fine in the morning, with soya-bean milk, you can only eat it in the evening. However, as the amount of training increased, the word "hungry" became a portrayal of us. White steamed buns were eaten at least three times and at most six at a time. It is said that the highest record of the whole group is 13. Of course, the rice in the northeast is still delicious, soft and sticky, and you can eat two large bowls without vegetables. Up to now, I still like pasta and northeast specialties very much.
My unit is an armored unit, that is, a tank unit. Life in the military camp is monotonous and boring. Every day there are endless 5 kilometers, endless rules and regulations, endless professional courses, and endless tolerances (work). Although life is very stressful and tired, it is also very fulfilling and happy. The comrades-in-arms come from all over the world, they are of the same age, living and studying together, the ups and downs of training, the tension and excitement on the exercise field, the happy time for the students during military training, and so on, leaving too many good memories.
Many experiences in the barracks are unforgettable to me. Everyone who has been a soldier knows that the first thing a recruit does when he comes to the army is to sort out the internal affairs, which in layman's terms is to fold the quilt. Don't underestimate the matter of folding quilts. It takes time and effort to do it. It is also the beginning of a local youth becoming soldiers. Before five o'clock every day, the recruits get up and squint and start a "painful day". The quilt is not folded on the bed, but all on the concrete floor. Sometimes I get up late and don't even have a place. It can be imagined that the scene of dozens of people folding quilts together in the corridor and club is so spectacular. Kneel on the quilt with your elbows and legs kept pressing, squeezing and pushing, the cotton wool was continuously compacted and thinned, then folded, and then buckled the corners and pinched the thread to repair the shape. These simple actions can be done hundreds or even thousands of times, and it takes an hour or two a day to look like something. At this time, the 18 martial arts of the comrades have come out, there are small square stools to push, there are cushions to jump on the cardboard, useful dumbbells to smash, more amazing is the direct sprinkling of water to wet and then fold, some folded sleep also dare not cover... After such a toss, the quilt is not a simple quilt, but like a finely carved work of art. After stacking, the squad leader can only go to bed after passing the inspection. Those who fail may also be named by the strict squad leader and found out a flying quilt. The squad leader and veterans often use the quality of internal affairs to educate recruits. What standard is not enough, not careful, internal affairs is a person's face, internal affairs is also fighting capacity, etc. A lot of words sound irrelevant. At that time, I also couldn't think of what a quilt can represent when it is folded. It means that you are excellent and you are very effective. Do you still need to fold quilts when fighting in the 21st century? It was not until later that I became a veteran, became a monitor, and even now I realized some truth. The process of sorting out internal affairs is a process of self-cultivation, a process of cultivating concentration and persistence in things, in short, it is cultivation. I also understand the word that veterans talk about-standard, the noun explanation of the army is to repeat simple things, repeat things carefully, to the extreme, this is the standard. These inspirations have always been useful to me.
19 years, and has been engaged in cement marketing for 14 years. From grass-roots salesmen to department managers, I really want to thank the troops for their strict details and good habits-they must be responsible, attentive and meticulous in doing things, and make an appearance. Combined with the refined management, 6S management, customized management, execution management and team building implemented by the company over the years, it is even more felt that military management is the best model of practice.
