According to the analysis of production and operation in recent years, the original design reserves of Daye Peak Clinker are relatively small, and the benefits such as peak season volume and price matching are limited. According to the environmental protection requirements of peak shift production in the future, Daye Peak has carried out technical renovation of a new clinker stack shed. The reserve of this technological transformation plan is about 60000 tons. At present, the process drawing design, scheme determination and bidding work of the construction unit are being carried out to prepare for the uncertain policy changes in the fourth quarter of this year.
After the actual investigation, analysis, comparison and discussion of many units across the country, Daye Peak finally determined the required indicators for the technical renovation of the new kiln tail flue gas wet desulfurization system. At present, the bidding work has entered the detailed design stage. It is expected that all construction work except corrosion prevention of the main chimney can be completed by the end of the year, with interface conditions, and can be put into operation after the overhaul in 2018 .
In addition, Daye Peak has also carried out information transformation on cement sales and raw fuel materials entering and leaving the factory, adding a "all-in-one card" system.
