The boiler pipeline in the waste heat power generation system is the equipment that is prone to accidents in the mechanical equipment, and it is also the focus and difficulty of safety production management. In the afternoon of the same day, the steam pipeline of the waste heat power generation kiln head boiler was damaged due to high temperature and high pressure aging, causing steam leakage. The patrol inspector immediately reported to the central control and started the emergency plan as soon as possible. The security logistics team rushed to the scene and pulled a cordon around the boiler platform to prohibit irrelevant personnel from passing through. The rescue team is on standby with all appliances on site. The central control closes the main steam electric valve of the superheater and the parallel steam electric valve of AQC boiler, and opens the air exhaust valve. The patrol inspector arrived at the accident site to check the air leakage of the main steam flowmeter of AQC boiler. 20 minutes later, AQC boiler main steam flow meter leakage is controlled, the drill is over.
This exercise tested the ability of all participating training teams to deal with emergencies, cooperate with each other and work together to improve the emergency rescue level of all personnel. (Luo Dengxiang)
