Where there are party members is a banner, and there are many such vivid examples around us. In early September this year, Lu Hongzheng, deputy general manager of Yunnan Jianfeng, who was about to graduate from junior high school, had a car accident and was seriously injured. She could only take the senior high school entrance examination in a wheelchair. Facing the turning point in her life, we can all imagine how much she wanted her father to be with her to cheer her up. However, at that time, the company was stopping the kiln for emergency repair. In order to complete the emergency repair task on time, Lu Hongzheng, as a probationary party member, left his family to take care of everyone and always insisted on being on the front line, keeping his love and miss for his daughter deep in his heart. In the company's daily production, where there are difficulties and dangers, there are party members. I believe that as long as there is the Communist Party of China, no difficulties and obstacles can crush our backbone.

I am a college student who has just entered the society. I have a kind of respect for our party since I was a student. I feel that he is so stalwart and tall. Since entering the peak work in Yunnan, I have a platform of "the sky is high for birds to fly, and the sea is wide for fish to jump". Under the inspiration of the party, my thinking has been continuously improved. From the day I took up my job, I always insisted on being strict with myself, studying diligently in the maintenance position, humbly consulting old comrades and masters, and learning skills with theory and practice. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost. On the basis of a series of innovative achievements, Daye Peak declared four invention patents in 2019: "a technology for producing clinker from gas sludge and dust collection in steel mills", "a method for treating sludge in machine-made sand mills", "an improvement in raw material batching method" and "a technology for producing low cement from iron ore mining waste soil", all of which have high practical value.
