Those were the years of burning passion. Line 1 of Jinma cement Company is the first dry rotary kiln in Zhejiang Province, and everyone is inexplicably excited about its preparation. The office of the initial preparation group was a row of low-rise simple houses on the hillside. The offices were divided according to the nature of work, and the archives room was also included. Not far from the simple house is a pigsty.
Although the conditions are relatively poor, everyone seems to be full of energy. They are busy and busy on the construction site all day long. It is not until lunch time that they have the opportunity to gather together and have a working meal together like a holiday. Although those meals are also very common, they also feel very fragrant because of their popularity.
Later, there was an office building, and there was an archives room built on the top floor. At that time, the archives room was equipped with two full-time archivists. When they moved into the new office building to work, they were naturally in a good mood. They could often be seen seriously drawing pictures or heard them laughing. I don't know if it's because I'm in a good mood. I feel the sunshine at that time was very bright.
Outside the window, there are green lawns and lush trees. Not far away, there are all kinds of insects and birds on the hillside. The sun shines directly from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sound of rustling maps is ringing in the archives. The busy figure reflects the quiet beauty of the years.
From the first phase of the project to the second phase of the project, the information in the archives has gradually increased. As a result, more and more people are checking drawings and borrowing materials. The results of the hard work of the archivists began to play a role in the construction and development of the enterprise.
In a blink of an eye, more than 20 years have passed. The company has shifted from the construction period to normal production and management. The archives are still playing its due role. From time to time, someone comes to check the information. It's just that the two full-time archivists have been transferred away for personal reasons. From then on, they can no longer see their busy figure and hear their cheerful laughter.
However, every time I open the door of the archives and see those familiar and neat archives, my thoughts often return to that quiet and beautiful time. It is their efforts that have made everything in this archives room.

In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost. On the basis of a series of innovative achievements, Daye Peak declared four invention patents in 2019: "a technology for producing clinker from gas sludge and dust collection in steel mills", "a method for treating sludge in machine-made sand mills", "an improvement in raw material batching method" and "a technology for producing low cement from iron ore mining waste soil", all of which have high practical value.
