Every year, Zhejiang Province evaluates the labor relations in the province by collecting data from 30 sample enterprises of different sizes and types, such as employee labor contract signing, social insurance participation, collective contract signing, collective wage negotiation, trade union establishment, labor disputes and labor safety.
