The EIA project with an annual output of 300 tons of Jinshan Limestone Mine of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company has passed the expert review in the middle of 5# October, and was submitted to daye city Environmental Protection Bureau for review. The official approval document of Daye City Environmental Protection Bureau was obtained on December. At the same time, the development and utilization of Jinshan mine and ecological green program also passed the expert review a few days ago. Daye Environmental Protection Bureau believes that Daye Peak Project conforms to the national industrial policy, and the site selection conforms to the overall development plan and land use plan of Baoan Town in Daye City. The pollution prevention measures proposed in the contents and conclusions of the EIA report are feasible and can be used as the basis for pollution prevention during the implementation of the project.
According to relevant national policies, the change of production scale requires the change of mining license. Daye Peak has entrusted a professional third-party organization to re-compile the development and utilization and ecological restoration plan, which is composed of the original development and utilization, land reclamation and comprehensive restoration and management, which is an important reference basis for mining and environmental management. The EIA approval is the precondition for changing the mining license. Daye Peak will declare the change of mining license to the land department according to the development and utilization and ecological greening plan after passing the evaluation, and gradually push forward the change of production scale of the mine.
