As some refractory bricks have reached the later stage of use, they have fallen off, which has an impact on production.

This emergency repair happened suddenly. For this reason, Party branch secretary and deputy general manager Fang Xuhua, as the chief person in charge of the coordination organization, supervised the maintenance progress internally and explained the customer externally. Deputy General Manager Tan Guojian is responsible for coordinating on-site process repair and equipment maintenance. The machine repair team of the production and manufacturing department closely revolves around the time node of kiln brick replacement, works overtime to check and deal with hidden dangers in the operation process, solves hidden dangers such as damage and ash in the air duct of the dust collector of the coal vertical mill, denudation of the tooth surface of the high-speed shaft of the storage bucket, etc., and provides guarantee for the subsequent stable operation. The logistics department prepared mung bean soup and bottled water and sent them to the emergency repair site to do a good job of logistics support for the emergency repair personnel fighting in the high temperature line.

After intense operation, the emergency repair project originally planned to be completed in four days took only three days and 6
