Since November 6#, Yunnan peak has maintained a good sales situation. the average daily sales volume before 6 9 reached 6705 tons, resulting in low inventory of cement and clinker. in order to ensure the balance of production and sales, Yunnan peak has great production pressure. As some refractory bricks have reached the later stage of use, they have fallen off, which has an impact on production.

This emergency repair happened suddenly. For this reason, Party branch secretary and deputy general manager Fang Xuhua, as the chief person in charge of the coordination organization, supervised the maintenance progress internally and explained the customer externally. Deputy General Manager Tan Guojian is responsible for coordinating on-site process repair and equipment maintenance. Deputy General Manager Lu Hongzheng's daughter took the college entrance examination this year, and her leg was injured in a car accident. At this critical moment, he gave up accompanying his daughter and actively coordinated the outsourcing of clinker.

More than ten hours after the kiln was stopped, Song Xiaofei, assistant manager in charge of the process in the production and manufacturing department, and Xiong Guoyun, head of the kiln system, confirmed the refractory repair site regardless of the high temperature. After that, the two tracked the construction progress and quality 24 hours a day, and actively coordinated the rest team to return to the factory to work overtime under the condition of tight manpower. The machine repair team of the production and manufacturing department closely revolves around the time node of kiln brick replacement, works overtime to check and deal with hidden dangers in the operation process, solves hidden dangers such as damage and ash in the air duct of the dust collector of the coal vertical mill, denudation of the tooth surface of the high-speed shaft of the storage bucket, etc., and provides guarantee for the subsequent stable operation. The logistics department prepared mung bean soup and bottled water and sent them to the emergency repair site to do a good job of logistics support for the emergency repair personnel fighting in the high temperature line.
