training for communication made me unforgettable on the first day. For dinner that day, we had a "paradise meal". We couldn't speak or make eye or physical contact. We fed each other. At the first bite, I decided that meat and vegetables were nutritious according to my own ideas, so I added a big spoonful of rice to a chicken leg, and I didn't think about whether the other party could eat it. As the saying goes, do not do to others what you do not want to do to you, do we ever think about whether what we are doing is what the other person needs? Or do we just take it for granted that the other person needs it?

During the feeding process, we gradually became smooth and felt that we were feeding ourselves, because we would first see what the other person was clipping, and when we wanted to eat something, we would clip it first. Through careful observation, we have found the most suitable way of communication. Of course, if you can talk and communicate, the consensus reached will be faster and clearer. I couldn't help but want to speak a few times at the beginning, which also shows how important effective communication is at ordinary times. After the satisfied meal, I am also very grateful to the teachers for their good intentions. With a small game, you can meditate and reflect and feel. It is definitely a memorable dinner.

There is another thing that impressed me in the course, and that is the secondary sales at the cash register. Sometimes in the process of communication with customers, you have already talked dry, but customers are still skeptical.
