The "Ten Questions" of the new grassroots party organizations, the "Ten Questions" of party members, and some issues that need attention in the development of party members were explained. Members of the party committee of the group company, secretaries of grass-roots party committees and branch secretaries expressed their views on how to deepen the "two learning and one doing", further play the role of the party organization in the process of enterprise operation and management, and how to do a good job in the organizational construction of 2017 , and conduct extensive exchanges.

Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Group, signed the 2017 Party Construction Target Management Responsibility Letter with the heads of Party organizations of various professional companies and directly affiliated enterprises.

Jiang Xiaomeng said in his speech at the meeting that the Politburo meeting of the CPC Central Committee held on 26 reviewed and approved the ''Decision on Amending the Regulations on the Inspection Work of the Communist Party of China'' and other reports, which is to further implement the party constitution. In view of the work of party organizations at all levels in the company in 2017 , Jiang Xiaomeng put forward five requirements: starting from solving practical problems in the work, continuing to carry out "two studies and one action" in a planned and targeted manner, establishing a vanguard and exemplary image of party members, and enhancing the combat effectiveness of party organizations; Strengthen organizational discipline, manage the party, govern the party and assign responsibilities to people, and clearly list responsibilities on the wall; in accordance with organizational regulations, we should do a good job in organizational change and the development of party members, promote the standardization of the "three meetings and one lesson" system, the normalization of branch activities, and the integrity of party members' files, so as to build a strong fortress for grass-roots party organizations, strengthen ideological and political study, and constantly improve the sense of responsibility and self-discipline of party members and cadres.
