News 5# July 26 , Jinhua Non-public Enterprise Archives Cooperation Group Establishment Meeting was held in Dongyang, with 16 enterprises from all counties and cities in Jinhua participating, and Peak as a member unit sent personnel to attend the meeting.

It is understood that the purpose of this meeting is to guide and standardize the archives management of non-public enterprises and to build a business exchange platform for the development of archives work of non-public enterprises. The Municipal Archives Bureau has initially formed the basic framework for the establishment of a non-public enterprise archives cooperation group through consultation and communication with the heads of some non-public enterprise archives institutions. The main function of the collaboration group is to organize regular business learning activities and open up communication channels between the Archives Bureau and non-public enterprises, as well as non-public enterprises. At the meeting, representatives of all the member units of the cooperation group voted to produce Lu Guoqiang, director of the archives of Hengdian Group, as the leader of the archives cooperation group of non-public enterprises in Jinhua City.

Zhu Xuimin, Director of the Business Guidance Department of Jinhua Archives Bureau, explained the framework of the cooperation group at the meeting. Jiang Weliang, deputy director of Jinhua Municipal Archives Bureau, made a specific explanation at the meeting on why the cooperation group was set up, what work the cooperation group did, and how to carry out the work.
