In order to reduce waste, the factory has carried out a minor technical transformation using idle water tanks to cool the water and reuse it.

This storage tank is the injection water tank of the original Jiangnan Factory, with a capacity of 2 cubic meters. Jinxi Factory has independently laid a pipeline to connect to the storage tank, and the bottom of the pipe inserted into the storage tank is filled with holes. When vapor and liquid enter the storage tank, the vibration caused by bubbling can be reduced and evenly distributed. The storage tank is equipped with a coil, and circulating water is introduced to cool down. After reaching the normal use temperature, it flows back to the original water tank through the pipeline pump for the reverse osmosis unit to make purified water.

At the same time, the electrician also installed a manual automatic switching control circuit for this system. If the liquid meter fails, the purified water in the tank can also be transported to the water supply station through manual control.
