The main contents are as follows:
1 ) continue to promote the VAT reform and simplify the VAT rate structure. Starting from 7 May 1 this year, the VAT rate will be reduced from four grades to 17% , 11% and 6% , and the tax rate of 13% will be canceled. The VAT rate for agricultural products and natural gas will be reduced from 13% to 11% . 2 ) Expand the scope of small and low-profit enterprises that enjoy corporate income tax benefits.
