Learn etiquette before being a man

China is known as "an ancient civilization" and "a country of etiquette". In the process of 5,000 years of historical evolution, "etiquette" has strongly influenced and restricted the thoughts, speeches and actions of the Chinese people. Confucius's "do not see, do not listen to, do not speak, do not move" fully reflects the inseparable relationship between etiquette and Chinese culture. Emphasis on etiquette, observance of etiquette, practice of etiquette, teaching of etiquette, and compliance with etiquette have been internalized as a kind of public consciousness, which runs through people's psychological and behavioral activities and has become the basic characteristics of Chinese culture.

"Condense beauty with thoughts and enhance beauty with etiquette". In order to further improve the etiquette quality of employees in the workplace, Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company and Sinopharm Group jointly held a training on business etiquette on September 27 . This time the training is more detailed, the main content of the training includes visits, telephone, welcome, meeting, introduction, reception, dining, seating, manners, dress and other business etiquette. The training process was also combined with many exercises, and colleagues took the stage to interact.

What impressed me was personal etiquette. The training mentioned a person's first impression,

58% from appearance and image, 35% from voice. This is especially important for our employees. As a salesman, when in contact with others, the quality of the first impression will often bring great influence to the future work. Visiting etiquette also makes me feel deeply. Visiting is an essential part of the business process. It can be said that all work goals are completed through visits. Therefore, making a visit plan, making a telephone visit appointment in advance, paying attention to the details during the visit, and making an appointment for the next visit in advance at the end of the visit are the top priorities of the whole visit process.

Everyone has benefited a lot from this training. Many of the deficiencies in the usual visit work, or some etiquette details that I originally thought were not important, will be paid more attention to and done better in the later work process. (Shengda)
