Fun Sports Competition is one of the ways to promote employees' communication, strengthen contact, establish team consciousness, and improve work enthusiasm and efficiency. 5# July 4 , our Yunnan peak employees participated in the staff fun games organized by liushun town. The first event of the
competition was the tug-of-war competition. In the cheer-up sound, our Yunnan peak defeated one team after another and achieved the first good result. In the collective rope skipping event, we have 8 people to participate. Although we have not practiced before, we still achieved the third result with everyone's efforts and cooperation; in the last event, two people were required to hold a ball back to back. Under the condition that the ball did not fall at the end position, the team with the shortest collective time won, and our Yunnan peak won the championship again.
This is the first time I have participated in collective activities since I entered Yunnan Peak. The company's trade union organizes and participates in healthy and progressive cultural and sports activities to improve employees' team awareness and team spirit, enrich their cultural life, and let everyone have a better mental outlook.
