Walking up, you can only see several closed pools and a small room with stacks of documents, test tubes, glass bottles and other testing tools on the table. This is the peak and healthy sewage treatment station. The production sewage of the whole factory area is concentrated here. After adjustment (PH adjustment), pre-acidification, anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic (aeration), precipitation and other links, it is discharged into the pipe network after reaching the special discharge standard. Jianfeng Health, said that since the sewage treatment station in Wucheng District has not been built, Jianfeng Health has not yet been able to realize pipe discharge, while relevant national laws have strict requirements on the discharge of water pollutants from the extracted pharmaceutical industry, and sewage discharge must meet special discharge limits, the chemical oxygen demand (COD ) must be below 50 mg / L.

Pay equal attention to enterprise development and environmental protection is the concept that Peak Health has always adhered to since its establishment. In July of this year, on the basis of the original environmental protection facilities, Jianfeng Health carried out technical renovation of waste gas collection and treatment facilities. At the same time, a sealing cover was added to the sewage treatment station to realize the closed collection of waste gas. Since the trial operation of this facility 5 in mid-September, the overall effect has been obvious. The original treatment tank would emit an unpleasant smell during work, but now the smell has been significantly reduced.

Compared with the young enterprise of Peak Health, the relatively "older" Peak Pharmaceutical has more experience in sewage treatment and environmental protection. The main products of Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory are injections, ear drops and eye drops. There are no high concentrations of chemicals in the production sewage. Therefore, the original sewage treatment station only needs to collect the production sewage together with the domestic sewage into the collection tank, neutralize it through acid and alkali, and then discharge it into the urban sewage pipe network after reaching the tertiary discharge standard through a series of treatments such as anaerobic tank and aerobic tank.

At the beginning of 2016 , according to the arrangement of the pharmaceutical company, the product development department moved into Qiubin factory, where the small and pilot tests of product research and development were carried out. For this reason, Qiubin Factory has carried out renovation and upgrading of sewage treatment facilities. The high-concentration waste liquid collected in the experiment is regularly sent to companies with relevant qualifications for treatment. The waste water generated by washing bottles and tanks at ordinary times enters the regulating tank for treatment through pipelines. The toxic and harmful gases produced during the experiment are also treated by the new waste gas treatment tower and discharged after meeting the atmospheric emission standards. According to the requirements of the environmental protection department, the sewage pipes of the whole plant have also been changed into open channels. "In the event of a leak in an underground pipe, it often takes a lot of time and effort to investigate, which is not conducive to regulation and will also extend the pollution control time. After the change to an open channel, all the pipes are clear at a glance, which can detect problems in a timely manner and also facilitate the supervision of environmental protection departments." Sheng Junyong, an environmental member of the production department of Qiubin Factory, explained the reason for the establishment of the open channel.

As the latest and largest drug production base of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, which was completed and put into operation in

2015 , has inherent advantages in environmental protection. Each workshop is equipped with a pretreatment tank. The high-concentration sewage is discharged into the collection tank after pretreatment. After a series of treatment processes, it is discharged after reaching the third-level discharge standard and is included in the municipal sewage pipe network. There is also an emergency pool in the sewage treatment station. If the treated sewage does not meet the discharge standard or there is an emergency, the treated sewage will be discharged into the emergency pool first, and then returned to the collection pool for treatment before discharge.

The sewage treatment station of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory consists of two buildings. One building is a closed treatment tank, connected by various pipes, and two cylindrical exhaust gas collection devices stand in the middle. During the construction of the sewage treatment station, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory actively requested the environmental protection department to install online monitoring facilities to monitor the sewage standard discharge outlet in real time, effectively avoiding the discharge of excessive sewage. At present, the daily wastewater treatment scale of the sewage treatment station can reach

700 tons. In terms of tail gas and solid waste treatment, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory has a tail gas incinerator and collection device, a special solid waste storage facility, and entrusts a unit with relevant qualifications to carry out regular treatment to avoid pollution to water and soil.

If the facilities and equipment are perfect, whether they can really play a role depends on people in the end. , the project of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory passed the environmental protection acceptance, and the two pharmaceutical factories of Qiubin and Jinxi passed the cleaner production review and environmental system certification, and the environmental protection facilities were operating normally. Every year, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical invests a lot of money in the renovation of environmental protection facilities and regular maintenance. The environmental behavior level of the enterprise has been rated as green (excellent environmental behavior) for several consecutive years. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
