In recent years, the state and local governments at all levels have paid more and more attention to environmental protection work, and relevant management requirements and standards have been continuously improved. The company's two main businesses of cement and medicine are closely related to environmental protection work. Therefore, the company organized this training to strengthen the environmental protection awareness of managers, so as to truly implement the company's various environmental protection systems and requirements, and further do a good job in environmental protection.
In this training, Jin Danhua, Director of the Legal Publicity Department of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, made a key interpretation of the current environmental protection laws and regulations at all levels from the aspects of China's environmental legal system, the revised contents of the new Environmental Protection Law, and relevant judicial interpretations, and combined with the analysis of typical environmental protection cases such as the 1930 Mas Valley smog incident and the 1943 Los Angeles photochemical smog incident, suggestions for enterprises to do environmental protection work. 2016 10 25 , Jinhua City promulgated the first entity local environmental protection regulation "Jinhua City Water Environmental Protection Regulations", which came into effect on 2017 3 September . This condition has made detailed and specific provisions for the prevention and control of water pollution, protection and improvement of water environment, protection of public health, promotion of ecological civilization construction, and promotion of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development in Jinhua area. Jin Danhua introduced the part of the regulation that is closely related to the enterprise to the backbone of the company's management.
Hu Zongyan, deputy director of Jinhua Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, analyzed and expounded the current environmental situation in China, and commented on the current environmental protection work of the peak. He pointed out that over the years, the management of the peak has always attached great importance to environmental protection, the relevant management mechanism and system within the enterprise are sound, and a lot of fruitful work has been done. However, due to the industry involved in the enterprise, environmental management is related to water, gas, soil, noise, radiation and other types, the work content is very complex, there are some shortcomings. He hopes that the cadres and employees of the peak will further strengthen their awareness of environmental protection, earnestly study and abide by the law, improve system guarantees, clarify responsibilities, continue to rectify, and be the vanguard of environmental protection work.
