In this training, Jin Danhua, Director of the Legal Publicity Department of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, made a key interpretation of the current environmental protection laws and regulations at all levels from the aspects of China's environmental legal system, the revised contents of the new Environmental Protection Law, and relevant judicial interpretations, and combined with the analysis of typical environmental protection cases such as the 1930 Mas Valley smog incident and the 1943 Los Angeles photochemical smog incident, suggestions for enterprises to do environmental protection work. 2016 10 25 , Jinhua City promulgated the first entity local environmental protection regulation "Jinhua City Water Environmental Protection Regulations", which came into effect on 2017 3 September . This condition has made detailed and specific provisions for the prevention and control of water pollution, protection and improvement of water environment, protection of public health, promotion of ecological civilization construction, and promotion of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development in Jinhua area. Jin Danhua introduced the part of the regulation that is closely related to the enterprise to the backbone of the company's management.
