News from our newspaper 5# April 19 , the on-site meeting of the annual shareholders' meeting of Jianfeng Group 2016 was held in conference room 314 of Jianfeng Building to consider and pass the "Report on the Work of the Board of Directors of 2016 " and other proposals.
The meeting was convened by the board of directors of Jianfeng Group and presided over by Chairman Jiang Xiaomeng. The total number of shareholders and proxies present at the meeting is 6 , and the total number of voting shares held is 55,604,815 , accounting for 16.16% of the total voting shares of the company . Some directors, supervisors and secretary of the board of directors of the company attended the meeting, and some senior managers attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting was held and voted by a combination of on-site voting and online voting, deliberated and passed the "2016 Board of Directors Work Report", "2016 Board of Supervisors Work Report", "2016 Financial Final Accounts Report", "2016 Profit Distribution Proposal", "Proposal to Hire Company 2017 Audit Institution", "Proposal to Provide Guarantee to Holding Subsidiaries" and "2016 Annual Report" and its summary, "Election of Mr. Huang Sujian as Director of the Company", "Election of Mr. Chen Tianci as Supervisor of the Company" and other motions 9 .
