4# May 25 Afternoon, led by Zhang Fengliang, General Manager of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company, I had the honor to visit Tianjin Zhenxing Cement Company with my colleagues. When

walked into the gate of the factory, the first thing that came into view was a large green area and spacious and clean roads, with shady trees. The whole factory environment was very clean, all kinds of safety placards were very bright, and the pipeline entry and exit marks were eye-catching. The air compressor tanks are all sealed with thermal insulation materials, and all kinds of sealed dust can be seen.

We focused on visiting the kiln collaborative sludge disposal workshop. The floor of the whole workshop was inlaid with floor tiles. The equipment area and walking passage were divided, and the equipment colors were also distinguished, including protective railings, motors, pressure pipes, etc. We also from the sludge transportation and reception, sludge storage and transportation, as well as into the kiln, drying dehydration, heat energy utilization, feed system, flue gas purification, dust collection, sewage treatment, environmental protection and occupational safety and health, investment costs, operating costs, staffing and other aspects of a preliminary understanding, benefit a lot. The kiln collaborative disposal of sludge can take advantage of the high temperature and long residence time in the cement kiln, so that the organic matter and pathogenic bacteria in the sludge can be completely burned, and the heavy metal part is solidified in the cement product, and there is no secondary residue. The cement kiln collaborative sludge disposal project can completely harmless the harmful substances in the sludge. The revitalization of cement requires the daily treatment of 150 tons of domestic sludge with a moisture content of 80% . All the testing data meet the national standards and environmental protection requirements, realizing the "reduction, recycling and harmlessness" of sludge treatment, with significant environmental and economic benefits.

With the progress and development of society, the sustainable development path of cement enterprises must be adhered to, and efforts should be made in environmental protection, energy saving, new technology, occupational health, waste and original utilization. As an ordinary employee of a cement company, this visit not only broadened my horizons and increased my knowledge, but also made me feel the future development direction and survival pressure of the cement company. We must learn from the advanced technology and management experience of other cement companies, use waste raw materials to turn waste into treasure, reduce social and natural environmental pollution, increase benefits, and take the road of low-carbon and circular development.
