News 4# July 28 , daye city held the first "Daye Craftsman" Award Ceremony. Feng Junwen, electrical automation engineer of Daye Peak Cement Company, won the "Daye Craftsman" nomination award and was commended at the ceremony.

In 2017 , daye city Federation of Trade Unions, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly launched the "Daye Craftsmen" tree selection activity in the city. Through the procedures of organization and mobilization, grass-roots tree selection, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation, the first "Daye Craftsman" shortlisted award and nomination award were selected 10 respectively.
Feng Junwen joined Jianfeng Cement Company in 1996 and has been engaged in electrical equipment management. Since was transferred to Daye Jianfeng in 2009 , he has been responsible for electrical automation in many energy-saving renovation projects. He presided over many projects such as 9WM waste heat power generation technical renovation, camera reactive power compensation, high frequency chopping speed regulation and high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation energy-saving renovation, it has saved considerable production costs for enterprises, among which the issue of reactive power compensation for entering the camera has also won the 2013 national special fund energy saving award. In his spare time, he constantly learns new technologies and knowledge, and trains a number of electrical technicians for the enterprise.
At the award ceremony on 4 February 28 , Feng Junwen took the stage as one of the winners to receive recognition.
