Ximeng Wa Autonomous County is a border county under the jurisdiction of Pu'er City and one of the national poverty-stricken counties announced by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council. It is located in the southwest of Yunnan Province and borders the Wa State of Myanmar. The minority population accounts for more than 17 90% of the total population. In order to help the people of ethnic minorities in the border areas get rid of poverty, Ximeng County, in line with the idea of "building roads first to get rich", began to implement the "village to village" rural road hardening project. The marketing department of Yunnan peak market and the salesmen of Ximeng district caught this information in time. after a lot of rigorous and meticulous work, they finally became the cement supplier of the "village to village" highway construction project in Ximeng county 2017 .
