Afterwards, it was found out that the switch was faulty and was operated with electricity. Therefore, employees are often warned to cut off power and check electricity before repairing equipment to confirm that they are not charged and are working. The second is to train the apprentice's brain and hands-on ability. According to the production needs, he put forward the design requirements and asked the apprentices to design their own drawings according to the requirements. As a master, he pointed out the deficiencies in the drawings and put forward suggestions for changes. According to the designed drawings, the apprentices assembled their own electrical spare parts, tested the machine and installed it on site.
