Years of experience told Wu Guangjun, electrical maintenance should always pay attention to safety. On one occasion, a water pump in the raw material workshop could not be started. When the electrician saw that the switch on the equipment had been turned off, he repaired it without checking the electricity, resulting in an electric shock accident. Afterwards, it was found out that the switch was faulty and was operated with electricity. Therefore, employees are often warned to cut off power and check electricity before repairing equipment to confirm that they are not charged and are working. The second is to train the apprentice's brain and hands-on ability. According to the production needs, he put forward the design requirements and asked the apprentices to design their own drawings according to the requirements. As a master, he pointed out the deficiencies in the drawings and put forward suggestions for changes. According to the designed drawings, the apprentices assembled their own electrical spare parts, tested the machine and installed it on site.
