On the eve of "May 1" International Labor Day, 100 workers in Jinhua City won the title of "Badu Craftsman" in the first Jinhua City. My old classmate, Wu Guangjun, electrical director of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was one of them. This is not only the honor of Wu Guangjun, but also the pride of our peak people. When I was in primary school, Wu Guangjun and I were classmates, and his electrical skills were "ancestral. Wu Guangjun's father is a grade 8 electrician in an enterprise. Influenced by him, Wu Guangjun often followed his father to touch this and that when he was a child, and was able to skillfully disassemble and assemble incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, contactors, etc. His father was afraid of affecting his study and wouldn't let him play with it, so Wu Guangjun, who "refused to change after repeated education", was often beaten by his father. However, because of this hobby, in high school, Wu Guangjun's physics results are particularly good.

In 1987

, Wu Guangjun entered Jinhua Monosodium Glutamate Factory to work and has been working as an electrician.

In 1994 11 , Jianfeng Group acquired all the shares of Jinhua Monosodium Glutamate Factory and entered the pharmaceutical field on this basis. As a result, Wu Guangjun became the veteran of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical. Entering the peak pharmaceutical industry, Wu Guangjun is still the monitor of the electrician class, mainly responsible for electrical maintenance, technical reform, etc. At the end of 2013

, the civil engineering of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory was completed, and Wu Guangjun was sent to Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory to be responsible for the installation and supervision of all single indoor electrical appliances in the whole factory. From drawing review to on-site management, the workload is heavy, the task is heavy and the time is tight. The power in some equipment drawings did not match the on-site equipment, so he had to find a designer to re-examine and make changes. Some bidding projects have never been touched or understood, so he has to consult others, explore and study 1.1 and work overtime. Wu Guangjun said that for the first time he was in charge of such a large project, he was somewhat uneasy and worried that he would not be able to finish the task. However, with many years of electrician experience, learning more, consulting more, and exploring more, while improving my work level, I finally completed the task on time with quality and quantity, ensuring the smooth start of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory.

While doing his job well, Wu Guangjun also pays special attention to innovation.

In 2016

, Wu Guangjun presided over the technical renovation project of automatic shutdown after the vacuum system of the raw material workshop was successful and is currently applying for a patent. The original manufacturer of this equipment set the manual air breaking. Before the production is completed and the shutdown is completed, the storage tank must be emptied and the shutdown button can only be pressed when the vacuum pump reaches below negative 0.05MP . This device is prone to misoperation and damage to the equipment, long repair period, affecting normal production and causing losses to the enterprise. After repeated thinking and many tests, Wu Guangjun changed manual air-breaking to automatic air-breaking in order to meet the explosion-proof requirements, which not only facilitates operation, but also avoids losses. Wu Guangjun also has an important job, that is, to teach disciples. Five years ago, Wu Guangjun passed the senior technician and electrical engineer level examinations. He believes that to take a good apprentice, we must do two things. The first is safety education. Only by protecting our own safety can we better serve the enterprise. Years of experience told Wu Guangjun, electrical maintenance should always pay attention to safety. On one occasion, a water pump in the raw material workshop could not be started. When the electrician saw that the switch on the equipment had been turned off, he repaired it without checking the electricity, resulting in an electric shock accident. Afterwards, it was found out that the switch was faulty and was operated with electricity. Therefore, employees are often warned to cut off power and check electricity before repairing equipment to confirm that they are not charged and are working. The second is to train the apprentice's brain and hands-on ability. According to the production needs, he put forward the design requirements and asked the apprentices to design their own drawings according to the requirements. As a master, he pointed out the deficiencies in the drawings and put forward suggestions for changes. According to the designed drawings, the apprentices assembled their own electrical spare parts, tested the machine and installed it on site. They also found the deficiencies and explained them in turn. He believes that only in this way can we cultivate apprentices with excellent skills and strong problem-solving ability. Wu Guangjun was very happy to win the title of "eight Wu craftsman" for the first time. He said that his understanding of craftsmen is to carve out and strive for perfection in his own work. This is a kind of feeling, persistence and responsibility.
