This training was given by Dr. Ying Hongbin of Zhejiang Normal University. Dr. Ying Hongbin is an associate professor of the School of Economics and Management of Zhejiang Normal University and a tutor of MBA . He is mainly engaged in research on human resource management, corporate operation strategy, technological innovation management, etc., and has presided over national and provincial natural science fund projects. Participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial projects, and served as a number of corporate management consultants. In this training, Dr. Ying Hongbin made a systematic and comprehensive exposition on the main problems that need to be considered and solved in the process of enterprise operation strategy design from the aspects of operation function, operation performance goal, strategic operation, operation strategy design idea, enterprise operation strategy formulation method, etc.
