The complex machine operation and workflow make me completely confused and deeply understand the difference between theoretical knowledge and practical operation. Maybe looking at the operating procedures, you can imagine what to do next, but in actual work it is impossible to work while looking at the operating procedures. Therefore, in my work, I dare not be careless at all. I firmly remember the operation sequence and details taught by my master. Many of these details are not mentioned in detail in the operating procedures, and they are all valuable experience accumulated in the operation.
In the past two months or so, I have mainly studied in the mixed powder position of cephalosporin powder injection line and the liquid preparation position of freeze-dried line. These are the two positions that have the most direct contact with drugs. Any improper operation will affect the quality of drugs. Therefore, teachers often warn me that I must have a sense of responsibility to do this job, otherwise it is not good. They also often say that things should not be done in a hurry. Too much panic and urgency may omit some details, which will affect the quality and output of drugs. They must first think about what to do next, and then proceed when conditions permit. These are also deep feelings in my usual study and work.
