When I first arrived, my first feeling was that the ground was clean and tidy, and the workshop was spacious and tall, which was in line with the working environment I wanted. Working in such a clean environment can always bring a more pleasant mood, and there are factory cars to and from get off work, which is very convenient.

As a college student, I have to say that when I first entered the factory, I had a sense of superiority more or less-after four years of college, I studied work-related pharmacy, and naturally felt that I would know more than others. However, when I looked at the technological procedures and operating procedures of the drugs and followed the post workers to learn, I realized that I did not understand them at all. The complex machine operation and workflow make me completely confused and deeply understand the difference between theoretical knowledge and practical operation. Maybe looking at the operating procedures, you can imagine what to do next, but in actual work it is impossible to work while looking at the operating procedures. Therefore, in my work, I dare not be careless at all. I firmly remember the operation sequence and details taught by my master. Many of these details are not mentioned in detail in the operating procedures, and they are all valuable experience accumulated in the operation.

In the past two months or so, I have mainly studied in the mixed powder position of cephalosporin powder injection line and the liquid preparation position of freeze-dried line. These are the two positions that have the most direct contact with drugs. Any improper operation will affect the quality of drugs. Therefore, teachers often warn me that I must have a sense of responsibility to do this job, otherwise it is not good. They also often say that things should not be done in a hurry. Too much panic and urgency may omit some details, which will affect the quality and output of drugs. They must first think about what to do next, and then proceed when conditions permit. These are also deep feelings in my usual study and work.

Working in Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, I feel very relaxed. The masters often explain some operation steps to me, answer my doubts, and let me adapt to the work more quickly. Next, I will also learn more about my Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory in my daily work. (Wang Weijian)

Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
