4# December 19 , under my organization and mobilization, Tianjin Jianfeng Natural Products Company started a special skill training "Phtoshop Drawing Software Practical Operation Explanation". The main purpose of this training is to teach everyone some operation methods of modifying and polishing pictures and drawing skills. The contents mainly include the importance of PS layer, various uses of filter tools, clipping tools and methods of switching picture sizes. Combined with the use characteristics of the above tools, individual classic cases are selected for on-site operation. In addition, the questions raised by everyone were also answered and demonstrated on the spot, so as to deepen everyone's familiarity with the use of the software.

The reason why this training is carried out is also because everyone usually has a greater demand for this aspect. As a staff member of the marketing department, I have relevant skills and experience. So he recommended himself and decided to carry out a practical training of such skills. The software practical training was a little boring, but everyone listened with great interest, and the interactive atmosphere for on-site questions and answers was also very good. In fact, in the training, it is my greatest gain and benefit to be able to lock the content on the key issues that everyone urgently needs. Everyone has solved their own problems and difficulties to varying degrees.

One week after the training, I made a questionnaire survey on the feedback after the training. Everyone was very satisfied with the setting of the course content. They really learned and used it and implemented it in the application of actual work.

Through this training, we can be more deeply aware of the rapid development of electronic technology, which can not only improve our work efficiency and quality, but also adapt to the changes in the electronic age. Just like from the birth of our first generation of domestic microcomputer 286 to the present powerful computer technology, we are experiencing technological changes and innovations, and we have our current office environment of automation.
