2015 3 , according to the demand of Daye peak production plan, Jinshan limestone mine obtained the approval of Hubei provincial forestry department 19.5 hectares of forestry land. In view of the policy requirements at the time, the Hubei Provincial Forestry Department can only issue temporary land use approval, valid for two years. Considering the later planning of Jinshan limestone mine, daye peak plans to change 19.5 hectares of temporary forestry land to permanent nature after the Spring Festival in 2017 .

According to the planning of the forestry authority, the forestry land index for the entire Huangshi area 2017 is extremely tight, bringing uncertainty to this change procedure. If the change procedures cannot be successfully completed, the working surface within the 19.5 hectares cannot be mined normally, which will directly lead to production hindrance. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the change of forest land nature, Zhang Fengliang, general manager of daye peak, attaches great importance to it and requires relevant personnel to overcome difficulties and complete the procedures for the change of forest land nature as soon as possible.
