Strictly implement the pretreatment and quality treatment of heavy metals and high-concentration refractory wastewater in heavy pollution industries, promote open-pipe transportation of wastewater in key industries, strengthen the diversion of rain and sewage and clean-up in enterprises, and strengthen the operation and maintenance management of pollution control facilities in enterprises. Strengthen water recycling and improve water use efficiency.

Agricultural and rural non-point source management project. Strictly implement the system of prohibited and restricted areas, and further improve the level of refinement and standardization of pollution prevention and control in retained farms. We will continue to promote the reduction of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to increase efficiency and reduce agricultural non-point source pollution.
