News In order to effectively solve the environment of open-air coal storage yard and noise pollution in the factory area, starting from the end of 2016 , Daye Peak Cement Company has carried out closed rectification and noise control of open-air coal storage yard respectively. Since
Daye Peak was put into production, coal has been piled up in the open air, which is easy to cause surface water environmental pollution and air pollution. According to the production needs, Daye Peak decided to build a pipe truss type closed coal shed after comprehensive consideration, which not only meets the requirements of environmental protection, but also stabilizes production. The total investment of this technological transformation project is about 300 yuan. The civil engineering started on 2017 2 4 . The steel structure is currently under construction. It is expected that 4 will be completed by the end of January and can store about 6000 tons of raw coal.
In addition, starting from , 2016 , , 10 , Daye Peak, based on the comparative analysis of noise self-detection data and third-party detection data, determines that the areas with high noise are mainly bulk storage top, cement storage top area, cement mill system area and grate cooler fan area, thus the three areas are the central point and decrease from high to low, the noise generation points are mainly dust collector fan outlet and chute fan inlet. Daye Peak made brick walls, installed shed covers and silencers to rectify the measured 20 entrances and exits to reduce the source noise. Increase the wall of the east gate by 1.4 meters and lengthen by 300 meters to shield the transmission of sound sources to sensitive areas; Planting trees near the east wall to increase the screen closing function.
