For the next few days, I spent familiarizing myself with the post and studying SOP . Never thought that a post needs so much professional knowledge, air conditioning, refrigeration machine, purified water machine, distilled water machine... but also to the purified water testing, adjust the drug.
When I was working independently on the job, I discovered how important the water station is to the whole workshop. It is not only the logistics support of the whole production line, but also the temperature and pressure difference of the clean area. At the same time, it is also the first pass of the production line. Disinfection of large-scale disinfection and water-making equipment is not allowed to be sloppy. No matter which link goes wrong, it will lead to unqualified finished drugs and great responsibility, which makes my original lazy character converge a lot.
As the new plant is put into use, many advanced equipment must be familiar with it. The air conditioner in the new workshop adopts a computer automatic control system, and the water station colleagues who know nothing about computers have to bite the bullet. Learn the computer. However, even advanced equipment and systems still require personnel to operate carefully and rigorously to ensure stable work. I remember one night, I observed on the automatic control computer that the air conditioning unit was running, but the next morning I found that although the computer showed normal, the air conditioning had stopped. Because of such a mistake, the entire production line needs to be re-eliminated, not only losing money, but also disrupting the subsequent production plan. At the same time of chagrin, I also secretly made up my mind to be more careful in my future work.
When I enter and leave the workshop, I always look at the slogan "Make fine medicine for the benefit of human society" on the wall of the workshop intentionally or unintentionally. Yes, if you don't have a rigorous work attitude, how can you produce high-quality drugs? Daye Peak Declared 4 Invention Patents Last Year

In the production process of low-alkali cement, Daye Peak changed the traditional scheme of using high-grade sandstone ingredients alone to replace part of the sandstone and part of the iron correction material with iron ore waste soil, which not only controlled the alkali content in the clinker, but also increased the Al2O3 content in the clinker, ensuring the easy burnability and high early strength of the clinker. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost. On the basis of a series of innovative achievements, Daye Peak declared four invention patents in 2019: "a technology for producing clinker from gas sludge and dust collection in steel mills", "a method for treating sludge in machine-made sand mills", "an improvement in raw material batching method" and "a technology for producing low cement from iron ore mining waste soil", all of which have high practical value.
