However, at present, some units gradually change the party membership fee from the regular payment of party members to the regular deduction. Paying party dues on time is the obligation of party members to the party organization and the embodiment of party members' consciousness. Judging from the process of establishing rules and regulations within the party, paying party dues on time has always been an institutional requirement of party organizations for party members. Our party has consistently and strictly required party members, and its significance is to use this as the starting point and carrier of regular education, build a standardized and periodic inner-party system mechanism, and guide every party member to continuously increase the awareness of party members. Now, some units try to arrange a fixed time every month for party members to pay party dues day.
