This Peach Blossom Festival is jointly organized by the Daye Municipal People's Government and Huangshi Tourism Bureau. As one of the important activities of the Peach Blossom Festival, the "Peak" PEN Conference is co-organized by Daye Peak Cement Company. The PEN conference gathered many cultural celebrities in Hubei, including Tian He, vice chairman of Hubei Writers Association and winner of Lu Xun Literature Award in 2007 , and Yu Wei, deputy director of Publicity Department of Daye Municipal Committee and chairman of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, who were invited to attend, aiming to enhance the cultural influence of the Peach Blossom Festival and realize the goal of "government setting up the stage, ecological singing and cultural promotion.
