Daye Peak Won Financial Incentive Fund for Technological Transformation of Raw Mill

News from our newspaper days ago, Daye Peak Cement Company once again won financial incentive fund for technological transformation of skills in daye city 102 yuan. The reward fund comes from the skill transformation project of Daye Peak Raw Mill System, which has been put in place at present.

Daye peak raw material system adopts two sets of medium unloading ball mill system. Due to the limitation of process equipment, the system has serious air leakage and high power consumption. Based on the consideration of skill consumption reduction, daye peak combined with the overall configuration of the production line, based on the principle of "reliable production, advanced technology, saving investment and improving efficiency", the original medium unloading ball grinding system was transformed into a roller press grinding system in 2015 3 . During the transformation period, the development level of cement technology and equipment shall be fully considered, and the reliable operation of equipment shall be emphasized, and the factors such as advanced, energy saving, investment saving and convenient transportation of large items shall be taken into account, while meeting the requirements of the state for environmental protection. Through this technological transformation, annual power saving of 1255.98 kilowatt-hours can be realized, equivalent to 4169.87 tons of standard coal.

Based on the remarkable results achieved in this technological transformation, it received strong support from daye city during the application of incentive funds. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
