3# May 21 and 22 , I participated in the correspondent training organized by Jinhua Internal Newspaper Association and got a better understanding of writing methods and skills. This training specially invited Yang Zhun, director of Jinhua Daily's key news department, Tong Junwei, director of the social and cultural department, and Chen Shaohua, director of the photography department, to give lectures. 3 teachers have benefited me a lot through humorous, funny and vivid narration.

Teacher Yang explained the common sense of news and the contribution of news, including the concept of news, the authenticity, guidance and timeliness of news, the practical skills of reporting news writing, the difference between communication and news, and the writing techniques of news communication. Based on his own work experience, Mr. Tong introduced how to do a good job in news headlines, including the importance of news headlines, the types, structure and production of news headlines. At the same time, he also introduced the skills of news interview and the five pursuits of contemporary supplements, namely, new, sensitive, elegant, special and refined, and described the personal experience of publicizing the deeds of Lanxi Yang Donghai in that year. Finally, Mr. Chen taught us the timeliness, authenticity, typicality and sense of scene of news photography, on-site capture of news photography, typical events reported by news photography, etc. in the form of photos, and described the follow-up photography report on the adoption of abandoned babies by Xiaoying and his wife in Wuliting Building.

This training has greatly broadened my horizons and learned a lot about news writing. At ordinary times, we should not only pay attention to the innovation of news writing, read widely and learn, be diligent in writing, and study more good contents and photos. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials. Jianfeng Group ranks 96th among the companies on the list and 27th among the cement manufacturers on the list. On March 16, the awarding ceremony of 2022 China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity list was held in Hangzhou. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
