Southern Peak Completed Completion Acceptance of Technical Transformation of New Air Compressor
News 3# In mid-July, with the completion of installation and construction of the third new screw air compressor, the technical transformation of Southern Peak New Air Compressor has been completed, and has passed the acceptance and evaluation by the Production Technology Department and the air compressor manufacturer, and has successfully passed the completion acceptance.
This technical renovation of the new air compressor uses an air-cooled variable frequency screw machine produced by Shanghai Robust Compressor Company. The exhaust gas is 12.1 cubic meters per minute, and the gas supply pressure is 0.6 MPa. The machine can automatically and intelligently control the opening and closing of the fan according to the environmental pressure demand, and can carry out secondary frequency conversion. The power saving and use effect fully meet the gas demand of the southern peak. According to estimates, this series of single air compressors can save about 20 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, and this technological transformation can save more than 12 yuan per year.
