Daye Peak has two eight-mouth packaging machines, which were installed and put into use in2008 . Due to long-term operation and wear, the packaging machine has frequent failures, serious ash leakage, and the packaging speed is greatly reduced, which seriously affects the shipment volume of bagged cement. Following the successful upgrading of the 1 packaging machine in 2016 , the 2 packaging machine was also upgraded in 2017 1 . The upgraded BHYW-E-GS packaging machine is a new generation of ten-mouth rotary cement packaging machine developed by the current market. In the process of operation, in addition to manual bag insertion, other such as filling, metering, bag drop, etc. can be completed automatically. The control mechanism of the packaging machine uses an air cylinder as the executive element. When the cement is inserted in place, the proximity switch gets the opening signal. The motor starts, the gate opens and the ash filling starts. Accidental bag drop in the middle can realize the motor stop immediately and the gate is closed, thus realizing no ash release without bag insertion. The function of secondary gate closing is added to realize uniform filling of coarse and fine, and the influence of ash impact force on measurement accuracy before filling is reduced, the metering accuracy is stable, and has the characteristics of fast filling speed and high output. After more than two months of operation, the daily delivery volume of bagged cement has been greatly increased. The pneumatic opening and closing gate of the packaging machine is reasonable in structure, easy to maintain and repair, and has few faults. The gate adopts a two-way sealing device, which does not leak ash during movement, realizes cleanliness and environmental protection, and achieves the expected effect of technological transformation.
