Jinxi Factory's solvent storage tank was activated
3# June 3 . At the unloading position of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory's solvent storage tank, a tanker full of ethanol drove in. According to the unloading operation procedures, the tanker unloading pipe was connected to the designated unloading joint and directly pumped into the ethanol storage tank through the unloading pump. The second solvent storage tank of Jinxi Factory was officially activated.
Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory has nine storage tanks such as dichloromethane, ethanol and hydrochloric acid. The GCS control system of Zhejiang Central Control is adopted in the storage tank area and synthesis area. The on-site automatic control valves, delivery pumps, pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, magnetic plate level gauges, liquid alarms, etc. are connected with the system to realize automatic control of solvent liquid entering and leaving the workshop in the tank area and synthesis area. When the production workshop needs some kind of solvent, the staff of the storage tank area starts the feeding system according to the quantity on the computer to carry out automatic feeding. When the metering reaches the workshop dosage, the pump will be automatically stopped and the valve will be closed.
In the second half of 2016 , the first dichloromethane storage tank has been put into operation. After several months of use, it not only saves the manpower and time of unloading in the warehouse, but also ensures the timeliness, convenience and safety of solvent use in the workshop.
