The sales department has organized training for all salesmen to understand the policies and be familiar with the operation process. The original distribution price (high price) of drugs originally distributed to various medical institutions has been changed to the linkage price (low price). The purchasing department will communicate with the upstream suppliers to adjust the price to make up the difference. Starting from January , all salesmen of the pharmaceutical company will make use of the time when they do not deliver goods on weekends to make virtual returns for their respective medical institutions at the original price. The employees of the storage department will make virtual inspections, receive goods and put them into storage. Then the salesmen will make out invoices at the linked price. The storage department will make virtual operations such as putting drugs on shelves, distributing goods, checking and delivering goods, each link of the whole operation process needs to check the medical unit, variety, batch number and other information.
In this minimum price linkage adjustment, the municipal pharmaceutical company has nearly,200 medical institutions involved, with more than ,1000 varieties. Moreover, each medical institution will have the same variety and different batch numbers of the same variety. Therefore, the number of operations requiring minimum price linkage is counted geometrically, and the workload is quite large.
