2014 was catching up with the technical renovation of the large and small capacity injection production lines in Qiubin Factory. The leader assigned Wang Junyang to assist in the verification work. The two production lines are technically reformed at the same time, writing post SOP , equipment installation and debugging, trial production, product approval, etc. All links cannot be separated from verification work, with heavy workload and long cycle. Wang Junyang has not fully recovered from the school life and learning state, he has already devoted himself to his busy work.
Work is not only tiring, but also hungry sometimes, which is unexpected in Wang Junyang. Once, the leader asked him to write SOP for a new device. In the process of writing, he found that there was a parameter of wind speed that had not been set. He found the manufacturer's debugger, Master Fang, and asked him that it could be set up temporarily, so he ran after Master Fang for several hours. When the parameters were set, it was already over 8 o'clock in the evening, and my stomach was already growling with hunger. Wang Junyang was in a hurry to calculate other data related to this parameter without having dinner. When he finished work, it was already 10:30 at night, and he rode home for more than an hour. He was tired and could not feel hungry. He was so tired that he fell asleep in bed. But despite being so busy and tired, he never thought of giving up. He said that this job is not easy to come by, and if you want to do it, you have to do it like that.
In the technical transformation and verification of the two production lines, Wang Junyang has a new understanding of the word "communication". In addition to asking questions frequently, he must take notes and think frequently, so as to leave a deep impression. impression. The technical transformation of the two production lines has also introduced many new equipment. In order to better understand and be familiar with the performance of the new equipment, he actively communicated with operators, manufacturers debugging personnel, and machine repair personnel to strengthen understanding. As a craftsman in the preparation workshop, Wang Junyang always does not relax the inspection of the production line and strictly controls the product quality. He said that if the inspection is relaxed, the product quality will be unqualified and the whole batch of products will be scrapped. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, before each production, he has to go to each post of the production line to check carefully whether there are any remnants of the previous batch, and report to the workshop director to release the production. When feeding, check and control the feeding amount and content, and timely transmit the test results to the post operators so that filling can be carried out in time; during production, check the non-standard behaviors on the production line, such as whether the production personnel are dressed neatly and in a standard manner, whether gloves and hats have been put on, whether they move frequently, etc. As long as there are non-standard behaviors, he will point out in time and require changes. During the operation, if there is a bottle stuck phenomenon, know the situation in time and solve it in time.
