For the peak, I have a deep attachment. It has been more than ten years since I entered the peak. Looking back on the twists and turns, everything is silent. Now every time I come back to work during the Spring Festival, I have a feeling of going home. I am very kind to see my brothers and sisters at home.

When I first reached the peak, I asked myself how to be the best employee?

The first thing is to do your job well. I think only one mind on the work, as part of the enterprise, so as to have a sense of home. With such a sense of belonging, we can regard our leaders and colleagues as our family members, take the initiative to do something for this family, and regard ourselves as the masters of this family. The sense of responsibility and the spirit of ownership will pour out from the depths of your heart, and you will not ignore the interests of this "family. Leaders and colleagues are our brothers and sisters. Everyone contributes to this family. Can this family not prosper?

"Everyone paddles and drives a big boat". The centripetal force of the enterprise unites thousands of brothers and sisters together. This big boat will go forward bravely and go upstream even if it is a big storm, creating the greatest value for this "home" and seeking greater spiritual and monetary wealth for everyone and for themselves.

In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association.
