My job
has been more than half a year since I came to Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory in a twinkling of an eye. Here is the beginning of my stepping into society. It is not so much that I chose the spike as that it chose me.
Last fall, like most graduates, I started my job search. I keep posting resumes online, attending interviews, and making a lot of job calls. The result was nothing more than that I felt dissatisfied, or I fell into the sea and there was no news. At that time, I even wanted to give up my major and study programming instead.
Until December, the personnel department of Jianfeng Group called me and asked me to go for an interview. The interview and entry went smoothly, and finally came to Jinxi Factory, where a new life began.
In the electrics class, I found a kind of cordial feeling. I do not regard daily work as an arrangement of instructions from superiors to subordinates. I like my work. Every time I find a machine failure, every time the equipment runs safely, and every time my idea is recognized, I will have the joy of success. I am very glad that I have not given up my major, so that I have always maintained my heart for my work.I am as young as Jinxi Factory. In the future, we will complement each other and go further. Vocational skill level identification examination!
On June 16 and 18, the theoretical and practical examinations for the determination of professional skill level in the peak pharmaceutical sector were held successively in Jinxi pharmaceutical factory. The independent identification of vocational skill level includes three occupations (types of work): pharmaceutical preparation worker, chemical inspector and organic synthesis worker, basically covering the main posts in the pharmaceutical sector, with a total of 125 employees signing up for the identification.
