It is planned to use Beijing Huibaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Beihui Biotechnology) and its holding subsidiary Guangxi Huibaoyuan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (Guanghui Pharmaceutical) as a platform to jointly carry out new drug research and development, drug production and operation and other pharmaceutical business cooperation. Beihui Biology was formerly known as Beijing Huibaoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The company has strong capabilities in new drug research and development.
